Having been spared from the taxing away trip to Wellington, Aloisi is poised to face his old side for the first time since leaving the Club following Sydney FC-s dramatic championship triumph over Victory.
Another of the heroes from Sydney-s title winning side is also in line for a return to Heart-s match day squad, with reigning Joe Marston Medallist Colosimo named after overcoming a knee injury that has sidelined him for the past two matches.
And as van ‘t Schip seeks to cover the absence of suspended vice-captain Matt Thompson, who was sent-off against Wellington Phoenix at Westpac Stadium, capped Socceroo Heffernan has earned a recall after recovering from illness.
Rutger Worm (groin) and Eli Babalj (hip and thigh) are unavailable after picking up injuries against Brisbane Roar last Saturday, while Kamal Ibrahim and Ante Tomic remain on the injury list for at least the next two to three weeks.
