Eager football fans will be given a rare opportunity to get up close to the famous Barclays Premier League trophy when it arrives in Melbourne next month.
The trophy will be a feature of Melbourne City FC’s flagship business lunch, City Business, at the Crown Palladium in Melbourne on 8 April.
The trophy will also appear at many fan and community events while in Melbourne.
At each event guests will have the opportunity to have their photo taken with the trophy by the ‘Etihad Airways Polaroid Camera’ for a gold coin donation, with all proceeds donated to the Australian Red Cross who are currently supporting the Cyclone relief effort in Vanuatu.
Manchester City FC will be visiting Melbourne in July this year to compete in the International Champions Cup (ICC) 2015.
