Melbourne City E-League duo Marcus Gomes and Josh Wood have arrived in Amsterdam ahead of the 2018 FIFA eWorld Cup Global Series Playoffs.
The competition will see 128 players compete over two consoles to determine who takes part in the FIFA eWorld Cup Grand Final in London on August 2-4.
The duo secured their ticket to the global competition through two different competitions, with Wood’s PS4 crown in the E-League seeing him qualify for Amsterdam while Gomes took out the Gfinity Challenger Series on XBOX to book his spot.
