Melbourne City FC will be looking to claim its third youth Championship in four seasons on Saturday 3 February as they face Western Sydney Wanderers in the FOXTEL Y-League Grand Final at McDonald Jones Stadium in Newcastle.
Football Federation Australia confirmed the date, time and location of the fixture on Monday in a unique triple-header that will also see our Westfield W-League side take on the Jets as they look to claim the last Finals spot.
Joe Palatsides’ Y-League side closed out Conference A of the competition with two games remaining, topping the group ahead of Victory. Fellow Grand Finalists Western Sydney booked their place in the final match of Conference B, finishing a point ahead of Sydney FC.
The match will be broadcast live on Fox Sports 501 from 2pm.
