Melbourne City FC’s School Holiday programs continued over the second week of the September school holidays with the Miniroos and All Girls programs.

The Miniroos clinic saw 80 children attend the program held at Casey Comets Soccer Club in Cranbourne and included plenty of games and activities that were while developing important skills. Young midfielder Paulo Retre dropped by to talk to those at the clinic on a wonderful day for all involved.

The Melbourne City FC annual All Girls clinic saw a beautiful day greet participants at JJ Holland Park in Kensington. Over 20 girls attended the clinic run by Game Development Officer Louisa Bisby as goalkeeper Andrew Redmayne joined in with a range of activities.

Trials for the Melbourne City College of Football took place at John Fawkner College last week where 120 players registered for the important event. Participants were welcomed by the impressive new facility at the College as boys and girls from around the state and even country travelled to trial.

Melbourne City FC will also be running activities at the National Sport Museum at the MCG on Thursday 2 October. Stay tuned to our channels for more details.

The Club would like to thank SEDA students and the Casey Comets Soccer Club for the Miniroos Clinic and would also like to thank the Regan Milstein Foundation for their ongoing support of the All Girls program.
