Terms and Conditions
- Competition opens on Thursday 26 October and closes at 8.00pm on Thursday 2 November 2017.
- All fields of entry page must be completed in order to be eligible
- Three winners will be selected on Thursday 2 November and two winners will be selected at AAMI Park on Friday 3 November.
- The three winners selected on Thursday 2 November will be provided two tickets each to City Class
- The two winners selected on Friday 3 November will be invited to join City Class at the start of the match
- The City Class hospitality includes the following:
- Gourmet grazing menu with a carvery item
- Access to a cash bar
- Half time snacks
- Premium level two seat
- Optional behind glass viewing
- Music entertainment
- You must attend the Melbourne City FC v Sydney FC A-League match at AAMI Park on Friday 3 November 2017 to be able to compete in this competition. If you are unable to attend the match, you forfeit your right to participate in the competition and another competitor will be selected.
- The five winners will be invited onto the pitch at half time, where they will be required to draw a key from the box provided. Four keys will be silver and one key will be painted red. The winner who selects the red key is the only competitor will be kicking the football in the attempt to win the $5,000 prize.
- Only one attempt of kicking the football will be permitted.
- The prizes for this competition are as follows:
- If the football is kicked from the penalty spot and the football comes to a complete stop on the white 100 bullseyes on the target mat, the prize is $5,000
- If the football is kicked from the penalty spot and the football comes to a complete stop on the blue 25 ring on the target mat, the prize is a 2017/18 Melbourne City FC Nike Home Jersey signed by the A-League playing squad.
- If the football is kicked from the penalty spot and the football comes to a complete stop on the white 10 ring on the target mat, the prize is two City Class tickets to the Melbourne City FC v Melbourne Victory Christmas Derby on Saturday 23 December 2017 at AAMI Park
- If the football is kicked from the penalty spot and the football comes to a complete stop on the blue 5 ring on the target mat, the prize is a 2017/18 Melbourne City FC Football signed by the A-League playing squad.
- If the football is kicked from the penalty spot and does not come to a complete stop on the target board (i.e. the grass pitch surrounding the target board), the prize will be a four general admission tickets to a match of the winner’s choice (excluding the two Melbourne City FC v Melbourne Victory Derby matches)
- If the football is kicked from the penalty spot and comes to a complete spot on the line between two rings on the target mat, the higher valued prize will be awarded. For example, if the football is kicked and comes to a complete stop on the line between the 25 and 100 rings, $5,000 will be awarded as the prize.
- If the football is not kicked from the penalty spot, the kick is deemed ineligible and no prize will be awarded.
