Samuel Funcich next game boys yes unlucky but hey win some and lose some next one heart!
George Apostolopoulos we were ordinary, lets be serious here, so many pointless bloody long balls, but to get nothing from the game, is ludacris.
John Latham Once again, bad refereeing has an impact on the result… Can’t fault that last CCM goal though. Set shot defending must be a focus for the Heart. All in all, I think a draw would have been a fair result.
Costas Tsiampas How bad was the referee in this game. The first goal for the mariners Clint bolton was held by Matt Simon and then for their second goal it came off germano’s shoulder and therefore was not a penalty. The FFA should look getting a video referee like the NRL and Cricket has.
Michael Hatherell Disappointing…but that is football sometime. There is no league in the world without poor refereeing decisions, and good teams get results despite having bad luck along the way. We need to be a better team. We were poor and didn’t create nearly enough real opportunities on goal. That’s what lost us the game – yes a video referee may have called the CC first goal a foul on the keeper – but could have just as easily had Shroj red carded.
Hayden Lowe Yes, the heart were stiff, but there is always next week and hopefully a change of luck.
Amy Row sucks that we lost but is anyone watching the post match interview with clint bolton? such a thoughtful and smart guy who would never blame a ref for a loss. we are so lucky to have him on our side!
Matthew Bentick Next game , the heart will bounce back and win
Rhedyn Milecki Should have been 1 all..
Dennis Minoski Overall deserved a point
Leo Marambio Day Light Robbery !!!!!!!!
