Melbourne City FC’s Westfield FFA Cup Quarter Final tie against Western Sydney Wanderers will be held at AAMI Park on Wednesday 21 September, kick-off at 7:30pm (AEST).

The match, which will be broadcast via Live Stream on Fox Sports, could see Socceroos star Tim Cahill make his first home appearance in City colours, while new Danish defender Michael Jakobsen may be in line to make his competitive debut after joining the Club on Thursday.

City qualified for the last eight of the tournament after defeating NPL Queensland Side Brisbane Strikers 2-1 at Perry Park last Wednesday.

John van’t Schip’s side will be looking to seal a second consecutive Semi Final berth at the expense of the Wanderers, who progressed to the Quarter Finals with a comfortable 5-1 win over Northern NSW side Edgeworth FC on Tuesday night.

In addition to broadcasting two matches, Fox Sports will provide updates and crosses of the two non-broadcast matches, which will be streamed LIVE at www.foxsports.com.au/football/ffa-cup/ffacupondemand and Apple TV. All matches will kick-off at 7.30pm AEST.
