The match, which kicks off at 7:30pm (AEST) on Wednesday 21 September, could see Socceroos star Tim Cahill make a historic first home appearance at AAMI Park in City colours, while new signing Michael Jakobsen could also make his competitive debut after joining the Club last week.
City qualified for the last eight of the tournament after Bruno Fornaroli netted twice from the penalty spot to defeat NPL Queensland Side Brisbane Strikers 2-1 at Perry Park.
John van’t Schip’s side will be looking to seal a second consecutive Semi Final berth at the expense of the Wanderers, who progressed to the Quarter Finals with a comfortable 5-1 win over Northern NSW side Edgeworth FC.
