A host of Melbourne Heart FC-s brightest young stars headed to the Mornington Peninsula over the weekend to help celebrate the Club-s inaugural Beach Football Series Tournament.

The event took place as part of Frankston-s Waterfront Festival, with over 11,000 people in attendance over the course of the two-day carnival.

Heart-s Beach Football Series Tournament was one of the undoubted highlights of the weekend, as teams from across Melbourne battled it out for the right to be crowned kings of the Frankston Waterfront.

And after a hard fought affair, Yeti FC emerged victorious, claiming the prize and honours as the premier side.

The Club will stage its second Beach Football Series Tournament at the Geelong Waterfront on Saturday 26 March, with registrations for the Men-s event now open.
