Melbourne Heart FC teenager Ben Garuccio is set for scans tomorrow to assess the extent of his damage to his right ankle.
The 17-year-old was on the end of a nasty challenge from Sydney FC defender Fabio in the 0-0 draw at Allianz Stadium yesterday afternoon.
Garuccio was forced to leave the field of play following the tackle and was replaced by Nick Kalmar in the 77th minute.
Heart physiotherapist Belinda Pacella reported this morning that Garuccio would be due for scans tomorrow morning and that the young winger had swelling around his ankle.
