Melbourne City FC invites all fans and members to enjoy a day out with the Club’s A-League and W-League stars at our annual Family Day on Sunday 25th September.
The Club is looking forward to its biggest Family Day yet, with a range of exciting activities, events and competitions planned for you to enjoy throughout the day.
Head down to the City Football Academy at 10am, where you will get the special opportunity to witness Tim Cahill, Bruno Fornaroli and our A-League boys in action during a pre-season friendly against Auckland City on the Club’s elite training pitches.
After the match, mingle with your A-League and W-League heroes as they are presented with their 2016/17 playing jerseys on stage, and head to the Hostplus Signing marquee to get all your City memorabilia signed by the players.
There will be plenty of fun activities for the entire family to enjoy. Get your snaps taken at our MatchWorks Photo Booth, leave your messages of support in our special video booth, and have fun at our community football clinics, bouncing castles and face painters.
If you fancy yourself as a FIFA player, the Nissan Interactive stage is the place to be. We will be running FIFA 16 on multiple screens throughout the day, giving you the chance to become City’s interactive football champion.
Sign up to Etihad Guest on the day for a chance to win new 2016/17 Official Nike playing jerseys, and learn how Dreamstreet Lending can pay for your City membership for the next three seasons.
In addition, Dreamstreet Lending will be giving details on how you could walk away with a brand new Nissan, with the winner of the competition to be determined at a later date.
Melbourne City merchandise will be on sale, including our 2016/17 Official Nike Home and Away jerseys, while you can head to our membership tent and join the City Family ahead of the new season.
Enjoy some delicious food at the DON Smallgoods Kranski BBQ, and join us in what is sure to be an unforgettable event for all passionate City supporters and members.
Parking
Limited on-street parking is available around the City Football Academy facility. Additional parking is available in the La Trobe University campus, allocated in car park P3 and within the Lower Playing Fields.
Please note, there is no public parking within in the immediate City Football Academy facility.
