Heart led 2-0 at half time through early goals from Richard Garcia and a penalty from Josip Tadic, but Jets brought the scoreline to 2-2 after Craig Goodwin pulled a goal back and Ruben Zadkovich beat Clint Bolton with a superb strike from distance.
Garcia grabbed another to hand Heart a 3-2 lead with 19 minutes remaining, before a late Ryan Griffiths penalty saw both sides share the spoils.
