Senator Conroy and Mr Frydenberg, will fly the flag for Melbourne Heart FC in Parliament House, ensuring the Red and White is represented in the nation-s capital.

Their passion for the world game will be on full display when they take to the field for the Westpac United 4 Charity match, on Sunday 16 October. The curtain raiser to Melbourne Heart-s first home game of the season, will raise funds for the MY ROOM Foundation.

Chief Executive Officer Scott Munn said the Club is excited to have Senator Conroy and Mr Frydenberg on board for the upcoming Hyundai A-League season.

“Both Senator Conroy and Mr Frydenberg possess an undoubted passion for football, and we are excited to have them on board as our dual parliamentary number one ticket holders,” he said.

“While they may be on opposing sides of the divide in parliament, at AAMI Park, they will be united in their support and passion for Melbourne Heart FC.”

Senator Conroy and Mr Frydenberg join rocker Jon Bon Jovi as club ambassadors for the upcoming season, which looms as one of immense promise for John van ‘t Schip-s side.

“I am thrilled to be one of the Melbourne Heart-s parliamentary number one ticket holders,” Senator Conroy said.

“As many people would know, I am a passionate football fan and it is a real pleasure to be on side with the Heart as they strive to be Melbourne-s, and the A-League-s, number one team.”
