How do I redeem my rewards?
For every member you refer, you will receive 1 referral point which can be used to redeem a whole range of rewards.
Once you refer a member, you can take the corresponding prize or build up your referral points to claim more rewards!
Rewards can be redeemed by emailing membership@melbournecityfc.com.au from the Member’s registered email address with the Member’s choice of Reward(s).
When can I redeem my rewards?
All members who have accumulated referral points can redeem their rewards between January 1 2019 and 30 April 2019. Any points not used before May 1 2019 will become void.
How do I get started?
It’s easy! Make sure new members enter your membership number when purchasing online, or let our membership hotline know on 1300 255 432 or via email at membership@melbournecityfc.com.au
If you have already referred members, please email membership@melbournecityfc.com.au with their names and Member IDs.
