SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM
Young footballers from ages 13-17 around Victoria are invited to register for the Melbourne Heart FC 3-Day School Holiday Program!
Melbourne Heart FC Coaches and High Performance staff will present practical and classroom sessions in line with the National Curriculum including:
– Football Skills
– “Eating to Play”
– Injury Prevention for Footballers
– Game Analysis
– Recovery Techniques
– Tour of La Trobe University Sports Science lab and AAMI Park
Participants will receive a training top, shorts, socks, jumper and drink bottle. Lunch and snacks will be provided each day.

LITTLE TERRAS HOLIDAY CLINIC
Melbourne Heart FC invite you to the Little Terras clinic, in two locations, this school holidays. Come along and learn tips from Melbourne Heart FC’s favourite Brazilian player.
The clinics are open to all children aged 5-12, and will be staged on July 6 (Ringwood) and July 13 (Monbulk).

GOALKEEPER CLINIC
Melbourne Heart FC will be staging its second Goalkeeper Clinic on Friday 8 July at Comets Stadium in Cranbourne with Goalkeeper Coach Peter Zois and Player of the Year Clint Bolton.
