Melbourne Heart FC defender Patrick Kisnorbo is likely to be sidelined for up to three weeks after suffering cartilage damage in his right knee in the Round 3 Hyundai A-League clash against Perth Glory.

Kisnorbo suffered the injury in the 51st minute of the match and was replaced by substitute Patrick Gerhardt.

Kisnorbo underwent minor arthroscopic surgery to determine the extent of the injury; however, the surgery confirmed that Kisnorbo has not sustained structural injury and the Club is confident he will return to action during November.

Further, Harry Kewell will rejoin his teammates in training this week; however, will remain in doubt for this weekend-s Round 4 Hyundai A-League clash against Brisbane Roar at Suncorp Stadium.
