The Macca’s City Cup is back for 2019!
Melbourne City FC, and proud supporting partner McDonald’s are delighted to launch the 2019 edition of the Macca’s City Cup.
In our biggest tournament yet, the second edition of the Macca’s City Cup will see six district tournaments for under 12’s boys and girls teams held across the state in July. Qualifying teams will then compete in the Macca’s City Cup Finals Series, to be held at the City Football Academy in October.
In the biggest news this year the Macca’s City Cup Final will be played as a Curtain Raiser to a Melbourne City FC home match at AAMI Park!
With thanks to McDonald’s, each team that registers for the tournament will receive a team pack that includes:
- 40 x footballs
- 2 x coaches boards
- 2 x ball carry bags
- 20 x McCafe vouchers
This year, all players in that Macca’s City Cup will also receive a Junior General Admission membership to attend all Melbourne City FC home matches for season 2019/20.
Every team who finishes on top of the ladder in the qualifying rounds will be decked out in the new Melbourne City FC track jacket,while players will also have the chance to win the Golden Ball award for the most valuable player in the Macca’s City Cup Finals who will receive a cash price for themselves and their Club.
Take out the whole tournament and your team will receive a $5000 voucher to spend on football equipment.
