Madaschi was in line to make his debut for the Red and White in Adelaide last week only to be ruled out after he failed to receive his FIFA transfer clearance in time.
However, Madaschi did feature for the National Youth League side in last week-s 1-0 win over Adelaide United, producing a solid shift to enter selection calculations for this weekend-s fixture.
Madaschi though will have a battle on his hands to force his way into the starting eleven despite the absence of Simon Colosimo, who is ineligible after being sent off at Hindmarsh Stadium.
The 29-year-old will need to contend with rising star Brendan Hamill and the ever versatile Matt Thompson, who once again returned to a defensive role in week five after a brief sojourn in the midfield.
Elsewhere, Captain Fred is likely to return the starting eleven after he was eased into the fray with a brief cameo last week, injecting his customary pace, creativity and verve into the Heart line-up.
Indeed, Fred-s dynamism and sleight of foot is likely to make him the creative fulcrum once again for Melbourne Heart FC, complementing wingers David Williams and Mate Dugandzic, recently named as one of the 10 leading lights of the Hyundai A-League by FourFourTwo online.
Striker Eli Babalj is also in the selection mix, but given Maycon-s recent performances and Alex Terra-s versatility, may find himself on the outer this week.
Nick Kalmar, Kamal Ibrahim, Kliment Taseski and Adrian Zahra are all unavailable for selection.
