It promises to be an exciting evening of Hyundai A-League action when Melbourne City FC take on Sydney FC on Saturday night. See what’s going on this Match Day at City Square and around the AAMI Park concourse!

Head to Gosch’s Paddock from 5:30pm on Saturday and enjoy all of what City Square has to offer.

City in the Community will be running City Kicks Junior football clinics on the field right next to Gosch’s paddock from 5:30pm – 7:30pm! Head to City Square and join the fun!

Visit the Pancake Parlour’s Baron Von Maple and spin the wheel for your chance to win instant prizes and vouchers.

Gates for the Hyundai A-League match against Sydney FC will open at 6:30pm, with kick-off taking place at 7:30pm.

Blue Ribbon Cup

Melbourne City FC and Sydney FC will compete for the 5th annual Blue Ribbon Cup which perpetuates the memory of members of the Victoria Police killed in the line of duty through the support of worthwhile community projects by the Blue Ribbon Foundation.

The Tony Clarke Medal will also be awarded to the best player on the ground which recognises police member Senior Constable Tony Clarke who made the ultimate sacrifice on duty.

Saturday night, will also see the first Colour Party at a Hyundai A-League match as the players walk out from the tunnel. The Colour party refers to a detachment of members assigned to protect the Police Ensign which is a highly important symbol of the Victorian Police.

The Blue Ribbon Foundation will be selling merchandise and accepting donations to support their initiatives throughout the community. City take on Sydney this Saturday night at AAMI Park, kick-off 7:30pm. Secure your place at the match now!
