Melbourne City FC can confirm it has released midfielder Paulo Retre, mutually terminating the final year of his contract.
Retre, 24, made 54 league appearances for City across five seasons after making his debut for the Club in 2012/13, scoring his sole goal for the Club in December 2015’s Melbourne Derby.
The Club would like to thank Paulo for his contribution during his time at Melbourne City FC, and wishes him all the best for the future.
