Aaron Mooy has been recognised by his peers for his outstanding performances in November, taking out the PFA A-League Player of the Month award.
The midfielder’s form has gone from strength to strength this season, netting twice in November and the Socceroo has undoubtedly established himself as the in-form player of the competition.
Mooy edged out Western Sydney’s Mitch Nichols and Victory’s Besart Berisha for the award and said it was an honour to be recognised by his fellow professionals.
“Being voted by your peers as the winner of a major award is something that means a lot to all players,” Mooy said.
“This award has been won by some of the best players in the league and I’m extremely proud to have won it.
“I would like to thank my teammates, the staff at the club and all the fans for their support and I’m determined to play my part in bringing success to City.”
