Melbourne Heart FC attracted over 100 enthusiastic children to its Melbourne Heart Gala Day at the Eastern Lions Soccer Club yesterday.
Melbourne Heart winger Ben Garrucio and National Youth League midfielder Stefan Mauk dropped in to meet the kids and their parents.
“The Club would like to thank the SEDA students who volunteered, the Instructing Referees, the Eastern Lions SC, Sonia Licciardi our photographer and to all of the teams and their parents,” Heart General Manager, Community, Sue Crow said.
“Heart’s Game Development Officers Josh Bondin and Louisa Bisby organised the successful Gala Day and we must thank them for their tireless work and contribution to the Club.
“FootballStarz kindly donated the goals for the matches, cones and ball and boot bags and Melbourne Heart is lucky to have so many generous people supporting us.”
