Melbourne Heart FC have announced a squad of 18 players for this Sunday’s home encounter against Wellington Phoenix at AAMI Park.
Head Coach John van’t Schip will have a selection dilemma on his hands with a full squad to pick from for our third last home game of the season.
Every player on the Melbourne Heart roster is fit and ready to fire when we face the Phoenix on Sunday afternoon at 4pm. David Vrankovic and Stefan Mauk are the two players promoted from last week’s match-day squad, with two of the 18 to be omitted.
For the Phoenix, influential midfielder Manny Muscat comes back in to the squad following a suspension. Meanwhile, Josh Brindell-South is the player omitted from the preliminary squad after picking up an ankle injury.
