“We’re thrilled to hear that Jeremy has signed a senior contract with A-League team Melbourne Heart today,” Boulous said.
“It is recognition of his dedication and commitment to the continued improvement of his game.
“It is also a welcome reminder that our junior pathways are working and that we have the talent locally to match the rest of the country.”
Walker, who developed through FFT’s National Training Centre program, was announced on a full-time contract today.
