Our team is in for Sunday’s clash with Adelaide at AAMI Park. See who’s in and who’s out of this week’s side.

Warren Joyce’s men will be taking the momentum of a positive week into Round 17’s clash with Adelaide as City look to keep pace in the top four.

Harrison Delbridge’s red card last match has seen him miss a week for his late tackle on Blake Powell. The new signing picked up consecutive starting roles before his send-off and will have to sit-out Sunday’s crucial clash.

After the exit of the Australian U23’s from the AFC U23 Championships on Wednesday, Stefan Mauk, Ruon Tongyik and Bruce Kamau will return to Melbourne with the fitness of the trio to be determined when they arrive back at CFA Melbourne on Friday.

With Mauk playing a major role in the tournament, the midfielder returns to the selection mix for Sunday however the conditions of Bruce Kamau and Ruon Tongyik are still to be determined but both could be a part of the final 16 that feature on Sunday.

Melbourne City face Adelaide United at AAMI Park on Sunday for our final double header of the season, kick-off 7pm for the A-League while W-League kicks-off at 4.30pm.
