City will be searching for their first three points of the season when they travel to McKellar Park to take on Canberra United on Sunday afternoon.
City duo Rebekah Stott and Aivi Luik are set to make their first appearances of the 2019/20 season after returning from Norway during the week.
Rado Vidosic’s side will also be boosted by the return of Westfield Matildas attacker Kyah Simon, who has also been named in the extended squad after missing Round 1 through injury.
City take on Canberra United in their second of back-to-back road trips to open the season on Sunday 24 November, kick-off 4:00pm, before returning to Victoria to host Adelaide United at John McEwan Reserve in Shepparton on Saturday 30 November, kick-off 7:00pm.
