The team is in ahead of Saturday night’s clash with Adelaide. See who’s in and who’s out of this week’s side.

Melbourne City FC has bolstered its squad ahead of their must-win match against Adelaide United at C.B. Smith Reserve on Saturday night.

Experienced defensive midfielder Amy Jackson returns to the squad, while Adriana Jones has been re-called to strengthen the side’s attacking stocks. Goalkeeper Melissa Barbieri also returns, after she was a late withdrawal due to illness in Western Australia last weekend.

A 45-minute first-half cameo against Perth Glory last weekend saw Matildas international Kyah Simon make a successful return to the squad after suffering an Achilles injury.

Following knee surgery, captain Steph Catley continues to work tirelessly with the strength and conditioning staff on her road to recovery.

The final squad will be cut down by two, 90-minutes prior to kick-off on Saturday night. City host Adelaide at C.B. Smith Reserve on Saturday 1 December, kick-off 7:30pm (AEDT).
