The sides are in for the 18th edition of the Melbourne Derby. See who’s in and who’s out of Saturday’s side!

City come into the Melbourne Derby with a spring in their step, picking up maximum points and scoring 14 goals in their last three matches. The latest result against Newcastle saw the Club keep its first clean sheet of the season, leaving John van’t Schip’s men in good stead for Saturday’s contest.

The extent of Connor Chapman’s injury against the Jets was revealed this week with the young defender sidelined for three months with a MCL tear. City see a direct replacement for Chapman come into the side with Northern Ireland international Aaron Hughes making his return from a calf injury.

Hernan Espoindola and Matt Millar also make the provisional side with two players to be omitted 90 minutes prior to kickoff.

Victory also see two important inclusions into their squad with centre back Matthieu Delpierre and striker Archie Thompson making their returns from long-term injuries.
