Melbourne City FC has begun its search for local talent ahead of the 2016/17 Westfield W-League season, holding its first identification session.
After spending the winter closely monitoring the Women’s National Premier Leagues and State Leagues in Victoria, Head Coach Joe Montemurro invited the league’s best talent to the first development and identification session of the pre-season.
With some of the league’s best talent and our current local W-League starts in attendance, Montemurro looked to pick up where he left off last season with the side looking towards the opening round of the season.
