A breakout 2017/18 Hyundai A-League campaign saw Daniel Arzani quickly emerge as one of Australia’s brightest young stars. Following a string of brilliant performances for Melbourne City FC, where he completed a staggering 110 successful dribbles in 18 matches, the 19-year-old was selected in the Socceroos squad for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia where he showcased his word-class ability to carry the ball and his fearless approach to the game. Arzani’s stellar 2017/18 season saw him named the Professional Footballers Australia Harry Kewell Medallist – the PFA’s Under 23 Player of the Year award is voted by the PFA community.
