Harrison Delbridge

Australian defender Harrison Delbridge joined Melbourne City FC in the 2018 January transfer period when he signed a three-year contract with the Club. The 27-year-old was born in Sydney before moving to the United States at the age of 10. It’s there that he developed himself as a central defender before joining City from United Soccer League (USL) club FC Cincinnati. During his time at FC Cincinnati, Delbridge was crowned a two-time USL All-League Team player and FC Cincinnati’s Defensive Player of the Year. Since joining Melbourne City, Delbridge has demonstrated his defensive qualities, his one-on-one strength and aerial threat. The central defender will look to continue playing an important role for City under Head Coach Erick Mombaerts.
